I like tea. I drink some kind of tea most days. That’s not to start a debate over the merits of coffee versus tea, because both have their place.
My Aussie/Irish roots mean I enjoy a good strong cup of black tea. I add a good slosh of milk. Sometimes from cow, sometimes from almonds.
My Asian influences mean that I’ve also developed an appreciation for green teas. I particularly like jasmine pearls. They smell beautiful. Currently I like to cold brew them in a big glass jar which I drink from over the course of the week.
When in NZ I buy from Stir Tea.
