I really like the idea of being a runner but it’s never really worked that well for me. For most of my 20’s I could swim 4km but I couldn’t run 4km which seemed crazy.

I did the couch to 5k program in my early 30’s and loved it. (sort of)

I really like Parkrun, what an amazing community organization. They organize 5km runs around the world. I have done the San Francisco Crissy Field run quite a few times now.
